GEOGRAPHICA TRAVELERS NOTEBOOK DELUXE PACK

Uzun zamandır aklımdaydı ama sürekli de unutuyordum "Mürekkep Kartuşlarının İçindeki Ufak Bilye" nin hikmetini anlatmayı. Bu aralar hakkında yine soru gelince üşenmeyip yazayım istedim.
Mürekkep kartuşlarının gövde malzemesi plastiktir. Arka tarafı açık olarak doldurulan kartuşun dolum sonrasında arkasına bir sızdırmazlık tıpası yerleştirilir. Kartuşun, dolmakalemin mürekkep girişine girecek olan dişi kısmına kartuş gövdesi boş olarak enjeksiyon kalıbında imal edilirken bir cam bilye yerleştirilir ve bundan sonra kalıba sıcak plastik basılarak şişirilir. Bu cam bilye tüm kartuşlarda bulunur diye bir kural yoktur. Zira bu bilye yerleştirilmesi imalatı zorlaştıran ve pahalı kılan bir özelliktir. Bunun yerine ince bir plastik bir zar koyularak da imalatını yapan firmalar vardır. Kartuşu dolmakaleme yerleştirip ittiğimizde bu cam bilye geri kayarak kartuş gövdesine mürekkebin içine düşer ya da ince plastik zarlı olanlarda bu zar dolmakalem mürekkep girişi tarafından delinerek bir delik açılır. Böylece mürekkep açılan delik sayesinde dolmakalemin mürekkep sistemine geçiş sağlar. Bu cam bilyenin yazım esnasındaki gerçek görevi;
  • Dolmakalemin her hareketinde kartuş içinde serbest dolaşımla mürekkebin sığa ile olan bağını bozmak
  • Dolmakalemin her hareketinde kartuş içinde serbest dolaşımla mürekkep boyar maddesini karıştırarak rengin daha homojen olmasını sağlamak
  • Dolmakalemin her hareketinin sonunda mürekkep girişine tekrar gelerek mürekkebin dışarıya çıkışının düzenleyici valfı olmak
  • Dolmakalemin her hareketinin sonunda mürekkep girişine tekrar gelerek kartuş içine girecek hava kabarcığının her seferinde eşit olmasını sağlamak
  • Dolmakalemin her hareketinde kartuş içinde serbest dolaşımla mürekkep içinde askıda kalan hava kabarcıklarının en tepede toplanmasını sağlamak
  • Dolmakalemin her hareketinde kartuş içinde serbest dolaşımla kartuşun en tepesinde oluşan vakum kuvvetinin siferik yönünü anlık değiştirmek

Process Time&Discipline
Custom order products picture/s will be sent to the customer for confirmation before finalizing the ordered product. All items that are custom/made to order have their own dispatch time because of the materials supply. These times vary due to the complexity of the item, and my current waiting list times. Each of our products is cut, sewn and assembled by hand in our workshop. We are not using sewing machine, electric machines or electric powered tools in the production.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returning goods shipping costs are for the buyer. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me. Custom/Made to orders can NOT be refunded, as they are specially made. I expect this good to give you years of use. If there's a problem with something I'd really like to know about it.
